The twin towers, which are expected to exceed 500 meters in height, place them among the world’s tallest buildings. What’s more, the two structures will be linked by a striking cantilevered sky lobby suspended halfway above the ground, forming a visually striking centerpiece, adding to the iconic skyline along Sheikh Zayed Road.

Designed by AtkinsRéalis, the architectural masterpiece draws inspiration from art deco influences, reinterpreting classic motifs for a contemporary luxury setting. Timothy Winstanley, Design Director and lead architect, described the project as towers reflecting timeless perfection and elegance.

In addition, he said the towers’ stepped geometry and sweeping façade will offer residents unobstructed views of Dubai’s dazzling skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Residential units within the development will feature expansive layouts, with select units offering private pools, fitness rooms, and large indoor-outdoor entertaining areas.

Residents will also have access to Corinthia’s signature wellness facilities and hotel services. As for the interiors, the design is guided by the concept ‘Stillness in the Sky’, which draws inspiration from a garden in full bloom.
