ABA Real Estate, under ABA Group Dubai, is a luxury property developer Dubai delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Sizes range from around 1,132 to 1,817 sq ft, with features such as outdoor terraces, plunge pools, and vertical gardens. Amenities include infinity pools, a gym, wellness studios, basketball and paddle courts, a private cinema, children’s play areas, retail outlets, and co-working facilities. The launch recorded sales exceeding AED 1 billion in the first 48 hours, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028. Bookings require a 10% fee.
