One of the current AJG UAE projects is Lumiere Heights, located in Al Jaddaf (Dubai Culture Village). It is a 10-storey tower with studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. Unit sizes range from about 346 to 2,863 sq ft. Prices start from around AED 700,000. Handover is expected in Q2 2027. Amenities include rooftop deck, gym, infinity pool, and landscaped spaces.

Another project is Mayflower Residences, situated in International City Phase 2 and Phase 3. It features 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, ranging from approximately 644 to 1,400 sq ft. Sales began in September 2024, with handover expected by Q1 or Q2 2026. The project includes gardens, fitness areas, and community zones.
