Source of Fate

Source of Fate is a UAE-based real estate developer under the Wheel of Fate Group. Since 2021, the company has focused on delivering luxury residential projects with a development pipeline valued at around AED 10 billion (USD 2.7 billion). As a Source of Fate developer, it operates mainly in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, with a focus on coastal and island-based residential communities.

The company’s first major launch was Sunshine Bay on Al Marjan Island. The 12-storey development offers 240 apartments, including studios and 1- and 2-bedroom units. Sizes range from 41 sq m to 131 sq m, with prices starting from AED 980,000. Facilities include a rooftop pool, yoga deck, sauna, kids’ area, gym, and business lounge. Completion is planned for Q4 2027.

Another key project, Miraggio, includes three towers and 810 residential units. Apartments start at 689 sq ft and go up to 1,547 sq ft, priced from AED 1.2 million. Completion is expected in Q4 2028, with a 60/40 payment plan and 2-year post-handover option.
