With extensive experience in Dubai’s commercial real estate market, he leads a high-performing team handling leasing and sales of office, retail, and industrial properties, working with clients ranging from investors to multinational corporations to provide tailored solutions for their business needs.
Al Alami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft and Mechanical Engineering and began his career as an engineer on the Dubai Metro project — where he developed a precision-driven mindset and a front-row seat to Dubai’s rapid transformation. In 2017, he made a deliberate move into commercial real estate, channelling an engineer’s analytical discipline into deal-making and client advisory.
