4 Bedroom Villa in Portofino, Damac Lagoons

Single row, backing onto the green belt — nothing built behind you, and no neighbour overlooking the garden. In a community this dense, that position is the hardest thing to find on the rental market.

The Home

• Single row, green belt backing
• Portofino cluster, DAMAC Lagoons
• Italian-inspired architecture by DAMAC Properties

Why This One

Tenants looking in DAMAC Lagoons are usually choosing between homes that back directly onto another row. This one doesn't. The green belt behind means open outlook, natural light into the rear of the house, and a garden you can actually use without drawing the curtains. For families with young children or anyone working from home, that difference shows up every single day.

The Community

Portofino sits within DAMAC Lagoons, the Mediterranean-themed community on Hessa Street, opposite DAMAC Hills. The masterplan is built around crystal lagoons and white sand beaches, with a lazy river, wave pool, kayaking and waterfall features throughout — resort amenities on your doorstep rather than a drive away.

Schooling is the strong point for family tenants: Jebel Ali School and Royal Grammar School Guildford are both 1.7 km away, South View School 1.9 km, GEMS Metropole 2.1 km and Victory Heights Primary 2.6 km. Saudi German Clinics is 0.4 km. For commuting, Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 16 minutes and Dubai International roughly 29 minutes, with Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road both close by.
