In 2019, Driven Properties identified an exclusive Dubai real estate investment opportunity on Jumeirah Bay Island. After evaluating over 340 properties, the team strategically acquired 18 premium plots from Dubai Holding for AED 188 million—securing a competitive rate of just AED 800 per square foot with a structured 2-year payment plan. This move provided a strong foundation for returns.

To capitalize on these insights, Driven Properties and Lamar Development partnered with world-renowned architects—Studio MK27, Jacobsen Arquitetura, and Studio Urquiola. The team designed each villa with a different facade crafted from a unique material such as mahogany, copper, or bronze. Each villa was then named after its respective building material, which created uniqueness for each residence while also fitting a larger community design theme. This strategic differentiation positioned the development as an ultra-premium asset in Dubai’s high-end property market.
The Driven team deployed a targeted campaign featuring high-end visual assets, an engaging video campaign, and an exclusive sales strategy. By tapping into its extensive network of real estate investment funds in Dubai, high-net-worth investors (HNWIs) and buyers interested in capital investment in Dubai real estate, the project achieved complete sell-out upon its launch in Spring 2022.
