Luis Beltran is the Marketing Director at Driven Properties, bringing his over 20 years of experience in marketing and branding. He joined the company in 2025 and has since led strategic marketing initiatives that align with the company’s internal and external stakeholders.

Luis is well-known for his ability to direct a wide range of marketing services across international markets. He successfully served clients from a variety of industries in both the B2B and B2C sectors through his expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation.

Furthermore, he has demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing strategies, shaping brand identities, and spearheading public relations campaigns—while ensuring consistency across all relevant channels.

Since 2008, Luis has held key leadership roles in prominent international companies. These include being the Chief Marketing Officer at KETURAH, Dubai; Global Sr. Vice President of Distribution & Marketing at The First Group, Dubai; and Global Vice President of Generation, Acquisition & Marketing Analytics at NH Hotel Group in Spain, where he built his career for 7 years.
